On September 23, 2013, the “Color of the Oriental Ink, Grand Vision of the Time-Belt and Road” Art Tour Exhibition of Professor Xiao Huirong (Hong Kong), jointly organized by the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Overseas Friendship Association of Jiangsu Province, the Federation of Hong Kong and Jiangsu Associations, and the Guangdong Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates, grandly opened at the Soka Gakkai International in Hong Kong. Siu Fun Kee presided over the opening ceremony.
