2022年12月13日，由傑出華人文化促進會聯合全港各區工商聯、大灣區時代雜誌共同主辦的“回歸25年影響香港——傑出港人2022頒獎盛典”在香港嘉里酒店隆重舉行，蕭芬琪獲頒“菁英人物獎”，並入編《傑出港人2022——獻禮香港回歸祖國25周年大型人物畫傳》。

On December 13, 2022, “The Impact on Hong Kong in the 25 Years since the Return of the Motherland-Outstanding Hong Kong People 2022 Awards Ceremony”, co-organized by the Outstanding Chinese Culture Promotion Association, the Hong Kong Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Greater Bay Area Times Magazine, was grandly held at the Kerry Hotel in Hong Kong. Siu Fun Kee was awarded the “Elite Award” and was included in the compilation “Outstanding Hong Kong People 2022-Large-scale Biography of Figures Dedicated to the 25th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return to the Motherland”.
